                         ➢ Special stores have been provided for craftsmen to store their goods

                            overnight.

                         ➢ Trolleys have been provided for transporting goods to the stores.
                         ➢ Bamboo mat shutters are used to close the shops.

                         ➢ The permanent shops are approximately 2.5 X 3.5 M in area with a 2m

                            shaded corridor. The temporary stalls are of 2 X 2.5 M area


                     Food plazas


                     The food plaza is located in the back and is equipped with Kota stone flooring

                     and a flat R.C.C. roof for hygiene and dust protection.


                         ➢ The plaza has 52 food stalls, each specializing in a specific state and

                            serving food from all states.
                         ➢ The large number of food stalls

                            (as small as 20-24 SQM) required

                            ample space.
                         ➢ Each food stall has a designated

                            space, and open seating in the

                            front is created on multiple
                            levels.
