modernism and openness. Though the design looks to be a chunk of rectangular box

from the outside, it makes little impact when one begins to enter the premises due to its
                  well-planned spatial organization.

                  3.1.7.1.2. Pedestrian Circulation:

The sky bridge connecting the mall to the Chennai Airport's departure terminal is

a significant feature. This eliminates the need to venture outdoors and offers a pleasant

and sheltered pathway for incoming and departing clients. The middle atrium, with entry
points from multiple entrances, improves the mall's general flow.

                  3.1.7.1.3. Easy navigation:

In contrast to conventional malls characterized by expansive floor areas per level, this
particular mall boasts a comparatively modest scale, spanning just 2.5 lakh square feet.
This smaller footprint offers advantages to visitors, facilitating easier navigation
throughout the mall without experiencing exhaustion.

                  3.1.8. Negatives:

                  3.1.8.1. Lack of grand atrium:

Due to its compact size, the mall lacks a grand entrance that would allow visitors to

visually grasp the entirety of the space. Instead, users must enter through narrow corridors,
diminishing the overall experience of the mall.

                  3.1.8.2. Congestion during peak hours:

Being located in a prime area such as airport which has a heavy inflow of visitors the mall

creates congestion during peak hours in the GST road.
