2.3.3. URBAN ENTERTAINMENT CENTER

It falls on the crossroads of both the entertainment as well as retail industry.

Trade and Entertainment are the main activities. Mix combination of retail

and entertainment are created to draw visitors.

2.4. AIM

The goal of an Urban entertainment center for a city is, perhaps, to create tax

revenue, or to sell food or merchandise, but for the visitor the overriding

concept is to have fun.
