Executive Summary

Set to be located in Abu Dhabi’s emerging cultural hub, Saadiyat Island, the
Museum of War aims to take visitors on a thought-provoking journey through the
stages of war. The design is simple yet effective, using the layout of the building to
evoke the feelings associated with the war's timeline—from the buildup of tensions to
the climactic confrontations, and finally, the somber aftermath. This project ties into
the city's growth as a tourist destination, offering a unique experience that combines
learning with sensory engagement. Each section of the museum is crafted to bring
