Solar power accounts for nearly 70% of our energy requirements. Advanced
sewage treatment plant processes wastewater, which is then utilized for
garden irrigation purposes. Segregating wet and dry waste, we can
effectively compost kitchen waste and repurpose it for use in our gardens.
Landscaping and gardens are designed with native plants that require
minimal water for their maintenance, promoting responsible water usage.
2.1.5. Inferences
The inclusion of vernacular materials in every detail at the resort is
appreciable which showcases the Tamil nadu style and situated in a dense
forest makes it a challenge to build without destroying the environment.
Ensuring all the villas have a view of the lake and also providing small
pools to enhance micra climate of the region. The resort takes cares of the
sustainability with providing comfort and luxury to the users.
