Glimpse of Lateral Hiring on VITAA Day 2023 – 26 January

During VITAA Day 2020 celebrations, the registrations by alumni for the lateral hiring

were another highlight programme that was useful for the members. Nearly 50

companies were on campus and 524 alumni made use of this opportunity. The lateral

hiring initiative not only strengthened the bond between the institution and its alumni

but also injected fresh perspectives into the workforce, further enhancing the institutionʹs

commitment to excellence.
