UV Laser Writing

A maskless UV laser writing system HO-LWS-PUV by Holmarc Opto-
Mechatronics Ltd. was set up to facilitate devices patterning. The writer
uses a GaN laser diode with wavelength of 405nm with a spatial
resolution of one micron.
