          9. CONCLUSION
For rapidly expanding urban areas, the development of group housing communities provides a sense
of security. With the rising population, there is a growing demand for new group housing
communities. This presents an opportune moment to prioritize the restoration of nature and its
integration into our built environment. Recognizing the immense benefits of plants, there are various
ways to incorporate them into building design, including the integration of technology. Natural
elements can be extensively used in architectural design, with passive ventilation techniques being
particularly effective in the climate of Chennai. Embracing these practices can lead to a healthier
environment and a brighter future for generations to come.
