                     3.3    Rules and Site regulations




                       I.   The site falls under Salvador do Mundo village in Bardez taluka of
                            North Goa.

                      II.   According to the land use map of Goa, the land chosen for the
                            development is categorized under ORCHARD land which can be lands
                            with a gentle slope/plateau areas, pasture land, wastelands,
                            horticultural crop areas, land with shrubs, barren lands etc and is
                            classified as eco-sensitive II zone. (Acc. 3.11, REGIONAL PLAN FOR
                            GOA - 2021)


                     III.   Orchard property can be converted into a settlement after following
                            due process due to the current land being classified as pasture
                            land/wasteland under the condition that they were contiguous to
                            existing settlement areas. (Acc. 2.5.1. Requests for Change of Zone,
                            REGIONAL PLAN FOR GOA - 2021)
