3.2.8.1. Positives:
1. Grand atrium:
Atrium not only serves as center spot but also contributes to natural lighting during the

day time, which reduces the need for excess superficial illumination.
2. Correct positioning of Toilets-
The placement of the toilet is according to comfort. An occupant don't have to circulate
so much to reach the toilet.
3. Sufficient parking:
Multi-level parking system along with one basement level provides adequate parking
spaces within the site ensuring optimum space utilization.
3.2.8.2. Negatives:
1. Narrow Corridor -
The corridor around the atrium are narrow, and thus lack of space can make movement
difficult for the occupants.
2. No Privilege for physically challenged:
The building does not have any accessible ramps or moving walkways to help
individuals with disabilities move between floors.
3. Inadequate kids play area:
The kids' play area is on the second floor and lacks adequate space, making it feel
crowded at times.
4. Too many advertising hoardings:
The building's façade is almost entirely covered in advertisement hoardings for various
brands, making it look unappealing to users when they enter the complex because they
are unable to enjoy the building's aesthetics.
