detailed site plan and architectural design. Create a diverse range of

amenities and activities tailored to the target demographic's preferences,
such as lodging, dining, recreational activities, and wellness services.

                     1.4. Limitations:

Compliance with stringent environmental regulations and permitting

requirements may cause challenges and delays in the resort's planning,

construction, and operation, especially in environmentally sensitive
                     regions.

Weather conditions and seasonal fluctuations in tourist demand may lead

to revenue volatility, lower occupancy rates, and operational challenges

                     during off-peak periods.

Limited access to transportation, utilities, and amenities in remote or

underdeveloped areas can compromise resort accessibility, guest

                     convenience, and efficiency in operation.
